RETURNS POLICY
Moral Instinct pieces are returnable within 14 days of their delivery date.
To return an item the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of delivery
- The returned item(s) must unworn, with all tags attached and in the original packaging
Any item(s) that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to you.
Online Return Process
If you need to return your purchase, you can contact us at support@moralinstinct.com, providing your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
